6. Use of Service

Your use of Ripple is for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, scrape, reproduce, republish, distribute, or transmit any content from Ripple without express written permission. The use of automated systems or software to extract data from Ripple is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You shall immediately notify Ripple of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your account. You are fully responsible for all activity on your account.

7. Subscriptions & Refunds

Ripple offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Since our services are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, all sales are final. You cannot cancel a purchase or receive a refund for a payment that has already been processed.

You may cancel future recurring subscription payments at any time from your Account page or through the Stripe billing portal. All plans auto-renew. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date. Subscription fees are set forth on our pricing page and may be amended at Ripple's sole discretion from time to time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Ripple, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, analytics, indicators, and scores, is the property of Ripple and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal use only.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL RIPPLE, ITS AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF RIPPLE, EVEN IF RIPPLE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICE IS TO STOP USING THE SERVICE.

Ripple collects personal information necessary to provide the service, including your name, email address, and authentication data via Supabase. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

We will not sell or distribute your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers necessary to operate the platform (e.g., hosting, payment processing, authentication). We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience and for analytics purposes.

You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We will retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Ripple after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should discontinue use of the service.
